What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
A: Check-in is at 3:00pm, Check-out is at 10am

What about the arrangement for late Check-out?
A: Between 10 am and 12pm(noon), late check-out is available for a fee. Please contact the hotel for late check-out rates and availabilities.

Can I leave my luggage(s) at the reception?
A: Yes, luggage can be kept at the hotel.

Is it possible to send luggage before hand?
A: Yes, please write down your check-in date. We can also arrange shipment of your luggage to your next destination in Japan.

A: Yes, wireless connection is available throughout the hotel. Please ask the reception for details during your stay.

Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Reservation cancelled the same day is 100% of room rate and one day in advance is 50% of room rate.

A: The hotel provides parking for a fee. Due to limited space, please make parking reservations prior to arrival.

A: Washers and Dryers are available for a fee in front of the Public Bath. Dry cleaning service will take one day.

A: Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms, but there are few smoking areas on site.

Q1:
Where are you located?
A: Located at east part of Kyoto city, Okazaki district, only 200meters away from Torii from Heian Shrine on Niomon Street near Jingu Street.
Q2:
Is there a shuttle available from the Airport?
A: From Kansai Int'l Airport, Yasaka and MK shuttle bus has a door-to-door service and From Itami Airport, MK shuttle bus has a door-to-door service. Please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to your ride.
Q3:
How to access from Kyoto Station?
A: By Bus: Please go to Central Entrance( Chuoguchi )and take No. 5 bus. Bijutsukan-mae the closest exit.
By Subway: from Kyoto Station, please take a subway bound to Kokusaikaigijo- mae and switch train at Karasuma Oike to bound Rokujizo. Get off at either Higashiyama or Keage, takes about 7 min. walk.

How to access from Shijo Kawaramachi or Sanjo Keihan?
A: North bound ( Iwakura)No.5 bus, get off at Bijutsukanmae

How to access from Meishin Highway?
A: From Kyoto Higashi Exit, drive straight onto Sanjo Street, folk to the right at Keage, 2nd light on your left side. ( about 20 min.)

A: Heian Shrine, Nanzenji, Ginkakuji-Temple, Kyoto zoo, Museums, Miyako Messe, Philosopher's walk, Murin-an Garden, Shorenin-temple, Gion, Kyoto Univ., Budoh Center and many more!
